A bit about myself

Originally from Nepal, I’m a product designer based in Honolulu. I have eight years of professional experience working closely with clinical applications and their users. My journey in UX design began after witnessing the daily struggles people faced with application usability. This experience fueled my passion for creating intuitive and inclusive technologies.

I have a diverse educational background with an MS in User-Centered Design, an MA in Photography, a BA in Art, and a minor in Computer Science. I thrive on engaging in research-based creative work that requires critical thinking.

Beyond UX research and design, I have a keen interest in emerging technologies such as extended reality (XR) and AI, photography, bookmaking, meditation, yoga, and free diving. I also teach meditation to beginners and am currently working towards certification at the University of California, Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.
